Manual Lymph Drainage and compression therapy, using the Dr. Vodder method, is a promising treatment for lymphedema.

Lymphatic drainage is also an effective treatment for many conditions that involve swelling or congestion, including sprains and strains, whiplash and wound healing as well as nerve pain, sinusitis or vertigo.

Lymphedema is a condition that affects up to 20% of individuals who undergo cancer treatment, can be the result of lymph vessel damage or can also be an inherited condition.  A combination of MLD therapy, osteopathy and low-level laser is effective in helping control this condition.

Manual Lymph Drainage

A Registered Massage Therapist is a well qualified professional who can address muscle soreness and help reduce pain and injury.

Specific assessment is used to find areas of restriction in the body. The treatment uses hands on techniques to help improve posture and reduce and strain in the body due to the effect of strain and trauma. Techniques may include myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, joint mobilizations or visceral manipulation.

Low Level-Laser treatment uses red light and infra-red led to help you heal faster.  It is effective at reducing pain and inflammation.  It is a great treatment for arthritis, lymphedema, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis and recent injuries.
